The remaining ones are kept undisclosed, at the order of the head of ANSVSA. However, there are documents sapping the hypothesis of the presence of the avian flu on the Codlea platform. The quarantine was established on 2006, May 13th, although classified analysis bulletins prove the samples were negative. Two analyses are officially presented to the public, those of the 24th and 25th of May, that were positive. Still, these samples come from a farm without chickens, namely from a suspicious sample. Florin Macovei, one of the five persons arrested in the "Codlea avian flu" case, intends to prove before the Court that it wasn't about any epidemic.
