Proprietarul unui restaurant din Belfast si-a propus sa pregateasca 9 dintre cele 13 specialitati care se aflau in meniul cinei zilei de 14 aprilie 1912, ziua in care s-a scufundat Titanicul.

Potrivit luxuo.com, Conor McClelland, chef si proprietar al restaurantului Rayanne House din Belfast s-a consultat cu sotia sa pentru a pune la cale acest ambitios plan si a reda cu exactitate specialitatile celebrului meniu, restaurantul de pe Titanic fiind numit la vremea respectiva ,,Ritz-ul plutitor’’.
