President Basescu mentioned the funds for health were meant for the newly born inurseries. He added he himself would propose some funds should reach the hospital in Covasna. He also explained the Norwegian government would also provide Romania with consulting for the projects at stake via the Innovation Norway Company.
He added the two states' officials also signed an agreement on social protection for sailors, commenting it would help Romanian marine officers and ship staff to get more contracts of employment on Norwegian ships. (A.H.)
