The Parliament of Europe, the Romanian members included, are already hot with the elections due in Ukraine in late September. Last week they decided on the members of the European Parliament's mission to observe elections. Romanian deputy Adrian Severin, a president of the Ukraine-EU Relations Committee, was the main favorite.
