Jozsef decided to resign just one week after his meeting with the UDMR (Democrat Union of Magyars in Romania) leader Marko Bela, after which the separatist leader had seemed very confident in chances to achieve territorial autonomy for the Secui County.
Ferencz Csaba, vice president of the CNS, opined there the CNS leader's resignation had nothing to do with the latter's meeting with Marko Bela. (...)
