The Environment Protection Department thinks mob clans are coordinate ongoing war in the Delta. It all started when Social-Democrat rulers allowed their political clientele for concession on the "Delta Biosphere" nature reserve. They claimed this was the Executive' wish to do away with pouching. Despite the measures adopted, the robbing went on, but this time in an organized manner. Two ministries under Tariceanu's Cabinet tried to interrupt the process of destroying rare species in the Delta at least for some time, but they couldn't do it because of protests. Instead of doing Justice, corrupted magistrates obeyed criminal groups. After publishing the series on criminals in the Danube Delta, ZIUA can now proceed to ecological indictment on the destruction of the most important ecosystem in Europe.
